Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. Her most famous work is her many roles in the FX anthology horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021). In her role as Portia, in Broadway's production of The Merchant of Venice she was nominated to the Tony Award for Best Actress. Her film credits include What Just Happened (2008). Pawn sacrifice (2014). Miss Stevens (2016). Golden Exits(2017). Vice (2018). Fractured, 2019. Rabe is also seen on television in The Whispers (2015) and The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021), and The First Lady (2022). Rabe was in a duet with Jill Clayburgh in Never Again, her first screen appearance. Her stage debut professional was performed at the Gloucester Stage Company in Massachusetts and she reprised her role with her mother. She was in two one-act plays: Speaking Well of the Dead by Israel Horovitz and The Crazy Girl by Frank Pugliese. The roles helped her obtain an Equity Card. [9] In July 2003, she was back to the Gloucester Stage Company to appear in Proof by David Auburn. In 2003, she appeared also in the film Mona Lisa Smile. After graduating, she moved back home to New York. She was in White Jesus, a one-act play written by Deirdre Owen that was presented by the Naked Angels Theater Company from September 29 to October 2, 2004.
